Located on 600 acres of land on the outskirts of Ahmedabad, the factory has a built up area of 40,000 square metres, housing the best and the most sophisticated equipment in the world.

The plant building constructed from 36 mt and 29 mt span steel portal frames, hollow concrete block walls and precoated sheet steel roofing covers approximately 40,000-sq mts floor area. The 126 stadardised portal frames were specially designed to provide uniformly distributed natural light throughout the plant, accommodate an integrated rainwater disposal system and provide for easy expansion of the plant in future.

The factory is of truly global capacities. The high speed 2.2m corrugator is from Peters, Germany.

Two 'inline' flexo folder gluers from Martin, France, (616 and 1224) print, slot, fold and glue boxes at the rate of 15,000 boxes an hour.

The 'offline' facilities include the SPO 160 Flat-bed Diecutting machine, the Flexo 160 five colour printing machine and the Domino 165 matic, all from Bobst of Switzerland.
 

To top it all the plant has a scientifically designed layout with the best raw material and finished goods handling and storage facilities, plus the most sophisticated of ancillaries, such as the computerised Glue Kitchen from Serco, Holland and Waste Handling Plant from Boa , Holland
