DEVELOPMENT 0F INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING
Industrial goods and engineering products like machines, mechanical subassemblies etc., possess higher weight-to-volume ratio.  Generally, crates made of wood are employed to pack such products. Wood adds to the overall weight of the package, requires skilled manpower for assembly and sometimes due to the presence of internal moisture can cause damage to the contents

Our structural engineers and package designers will study product and if possible recommend rearrangement of the subassemblies to reduce bulk.
Suitable fitments will be developed to fill in the void
spaces, if any, to prevent the products from moving within the package.
Effective geometry of box design will be developed which
will be capable of withstanding heavy forces.
A test protocol for the package assembly will be made
and it will be subjected to the various tests to evaluate performance before recommending the design for use.
