Delicate, fragile products needs to be protected from shock / impact / vibrations / fatigue loads in transit. This calls for understanding of the form and orientation of the product to develop buffers that will dissipate shock loads without passing it on to the product.
Our creative design professionals will study of your product with regards to its nature, form and size. They will study your packaging line, handling, storage and transportation. arrive at the correct orientation and arrangement of the product in the package. Fitments capable of gripping the product from all sides within the package, which would prevent the product from moving or rattling against each other will be developed if necessary. The performance of the new design will be tested on the basis of relevant test protocol.
